“My name’s Kerry and I’ve been coming to the breastfeeding group since Joel was 3 weeks old.
It was only a passing comment from my Health Visitor, who told me about the breastfeeding group, so I just thought I’d come along for something to do really, but I was really impressed with it because there is not a lot of support in the community for breastfeeding mums.
It’s nice to know there are other people out there who you can talk to and the volunteers who work here are really helpful and everyone is really friendly.
It’s little, it’s intimate and it’s just really nice and once you’ve been to one you do feel more welcome and learn more about it to move on to other groups.”
